I specialize in empowering women of color to prioritize holistic self-care while navigating diverse life transitions so that they can have balance and a sense of peace.
I understand the importance of mind-body-spirit alignment and offer a range of services to help you achieve it. My approach is based on the Divine layers of energy, known as Chakras, and how they influence our well-being while also using traditional evidence based modalities (CBT, Solutiong Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness). I am trained to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances, and can help you reconnect with your inner self.
